I bowl my best when I am fittest and the best way to get fit is to bowl. That's how you get your rhythm. You cannot really find a rhythm by bowling in the nets.

The Flashmen operate an invitational policy where our existing members can introduce a player to the Club and if selected, great things are expected.

We welcome players of all ages and whilst we rarely play "home" games, we have generally been fortunate enough to reside at Albury, courtesy of the generosity of our cricketing fraternity.
